微软将把物联网引入飞机发动机

在德国汉诺威工业展上微软与众多厂商建立合作关系，很快微软的物联网技术将能监控航空发动机，冰箱/冷柜，以及工厂车间状态了。其中家电产品将利用微软Azure物联网套件收集产品数据，而Cortana智能套件则可以分析趋势，并且寻找如何改进产品的方法。
微软将把物联网引入飞机发动机
以劳斯莱斯为例，该公司将把微软的物联网软件工具整合进入其航空发动机中的TotalCare维护服务。操作人员可以实时监测发动机健康状态，空中交通管制信息，航线限制以及燃料使用率。另一方面，Cortana将分析所收集数据中的异常趋势，并提供反馈以此帮助劳斯莱斯提升发动机性能和提升燃料利用率。
当前劳斯莱斯的航空发动机每月为全球超过5万架航班提供了动力支持，不过微软的物联网工具应用领域远不仅限于此。
另一家世界先进的制造公司捷普也正计划在马来西亚以及墨西哥的工厂部署微软的Azure机器学习平台，而且捷普还计划将这套系统向全球推广。据了解这套系统可以提前预测在装配车间可能发生的一些问题。“即使在第一步出了差错，他们仍然能够通过云端顺利完成流程，通过机器学习诊断错误，并在最终流入产品线末端之前进行纠正。”微软CEO Satya Nadella这样说道。
此外，利勃海尔家电也将利用微软的智能软件系统来预测家电产品潜在的故障问题，包括冰箱和冷柜。
Nadella表示，当前信息技术与操作技术的结合正变得越来越普遍，我们所生产的产品第一次与其相关的网络活动相联系了起来。
